Meet your coach

I'm James (AKA London Fitness Guy). I coach runners who are serious about improving, but don't have unlimited time to train.

Over the past decade I've helped hundreds of runners hit PBs across every distance, 5km to marathon, including events in New York, Tokyo, Copenhagen, and London.

My approach combines structured run programming, targeted strength work, and nutrition support. The fastest runners aren't just the ones who run the most. They're the ones who train the smartest.

I've coached doctors, marketing professionals, and people with demanding shift work who train at 5am because it's the only time they have. Whatever your schedule looks like, I'll build around it.

Do I need a gym membership?
No. As everything is built for you, plans can be created for home training or the gym.
Do I need to have a race planned?
You don't need to have a race planned. I have worked with runners of all abilities in simply getting them running faster, stronger and injury free.
Is it suitable for beginner runners?
Absolutely! I have helped clients in achieving their first 5km! It's all part of the journey.
Is it suitable for beginners new to strength training or fat loss?
Absolutely! I have helped clients new strength training, fat loss and fitness!
Do we receive weekly support?
100%. This is the most important part of the programme. I speak to clients daily or weekly depending on how you prefer to be coached.
What happens if I travel frequently?
I can build you programmes to use whilst you travel. This is the beauty of online coaching!
How do I access the workouts?
All workouts are hosted on my exclusive coaching app. It makes it easy to follow, track progress and plan ahead.
Is there a minimum membership period?
The minimum membership period is 3 months so we can build a strong relationship and get the best results. Most clients extend on a month by month basis after this period.
What if I want to cancel?
After the 3 months you can cancel anytime on a month-by-month basis. My aim is to get you the results you want in 12 weeks, but you are welcome to continue in pushing towards new goals.
